[Gameplay] Pressing Spacebar Now Prevents My Abilities from Activating

This only just occurred today. In game, I dont use locked camera, so I use spacebar to center on my champion a lot. As of a few hours ago, if I press spacebar while trying to press qwer, the abilities do not go off. The cursor remains the sword icon, and does not change to a targeting cursor. Summoner spells still function, as does attack move click and regular movement. Recreation of this I can't give anything for, as I don't know why it started to begin with. Does anyone have any potential solutions?
