Trash Client or what is going on?
Since the latest patch, any game I attempt to join is stuck at the loading, with me having 0% loaded. This cost me 30lp and a leave buster. So far riot support offered no help so I turn to the community. Any advice?

Riot should really hire some new people, they are neglecting so much shit lately and only adding game-modes that are not even fun. Come on.
