[GAMEPLAY] Twitch tooltip error?

It's not gamechanging or anything, but it is annoying to see.

On Twitch's Q tooltip for the level-up button, it says your stealth duration is increased to for example 5%. This should be 5s right? or am I just totally wrong and it's actually 5%
