[GAMEPLAY] One For All - Teemo can still be picked by abstaining

Just played a game against Teemos in one for all. When asking the other team how they did it they said they all abstained. I haven't tried to recreate this because there is a low chance of getting Teemo. I'm also assuming this can work for Karthus.
