This happened a couple of times throughout the game in each team's chat. I've only seen this once so far since the 6.22 update

Spaghetti code strikes back.
Happened when I played Yorick. It is a notification for when summoned minions change targets due to their summoner getting attacked. Why it spams it and announces it in all chat I don't know
That happened in my game as well. Everyone was very confused.
