Tryndamere Bug "E"

I was playing Tryndamere and sometimes when i used E it would teleport me back to the position i activated E. I played 4 matches and in one of them it happened twice. The first time it happened i used E through the wall above red side tri bush right below the turret. The second time i used E through the tier 2 top turret on red side. (I died when it happened the first time because i was escaping from an enemy and it teleported me back to him. R.I.P)
