Low elo problems

Hello community. Me and my duo friend have a big problem. We are both silver rank but every game we get a positive score and has to carry. But the reason i do this is because it isnt enough to be good, u always gets shiit teammates or afk people. So i wanna ask how the fuxk i get out of silver and not fkn get with bad people all the fkn time. Fix it riot!!!!
