help please dont tell me why this is happening tell me how to fix it

its so demotivating to have this to happen to you since i reached b4 ive been getting lower ip when i win about (lp per win and lose from (17-23) lp per loss so i went on a 11 win streak and got to 60 lp in just 2 losses i lost a woooping of 60 lp (30 lp every time) ik my mmr is lower than average and i much much more than 50% of my games my mmr is only 20 lower than average according to op.gg so i would love to hear how i can fix this annoying bug its so motivating and made me feel like quieting so many times spending 6 hrs straight then losing all that in 2 loses is demotivating : ([zombie-brand-mindblown]
