Server Kicking Me Out

So ive been trying to get into some games and everything runs smoothly until the match starts to begin. It'll kick me out and say network issue when nothing is wrong with my internet because everything else is running fine. I exit out and when i re-open Lol it pops up with the the reconnect button to get into the game I supposedly left, but still will not connect so I then have to proceed to turning off my tower all together and reboot. My question is how do i make that stop and get leaverbuster to get off my account because now i have to wait 20 minutes before the queue even lets me look for other people.
