[Gameplay] Rammus Visual Bug

I was playing a ranked game with Viktor, when it seemed as if Rammus was teleporting into lanes and through walls. It was unexpected and caused my teammates and I to die at times and it was very obvious. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, however I do not know how to replicate it. It seems it doesn't happen in the replay system in the client, but when I was playing a game live it happened multiple times.
