reconnect button when i wasnt in a game

earlier today i was playing a ranked game, when it was over the client crashed for some reason, so i restarted it, and when i signed in it said that i left a game and had to reconnect, even though i wasnt in a game. so i tried reconnecting, then it gave a message that said i couldnt connect, and maybe my firewall was causing the problem, i checked if it was by turning it off but still got the same message.
