Kassidan on the login screen and on the main menu

So I logged into LoL today to find a half loaded picture of and thought "okay that's kinda creepy" but once in game the hotbar across the top is completely gone and only his picture remains. first thought was that it was a problem with my login the first time so i tried again but got the same result. Attached is a screen cap of what's happening. The picture is in the same place in the login screen and the same amount is loaded as well. I can't start matchmaking but if a friend invites me i can get into a game and play just fine. I can also get to the store by clicking on the sale icons and navigating from there but I can't get to my summoner profile.

is so op he gave my matchmaking and profile to the void. Riot please nurf. lol
