When doing /laugh, CTRL+4 in game does not make fiddlesticks laugh. It initiates the animation for the laugh but the audio for it is missing. Can reproduce this bug by pressing CTRL+4 or /laugh in game. Bug is constant. Has been broken for the past 2 months or so.
EDIT: Still not fixed into recent patch 9.1. Please fix this bug soon Riot.

In all seriousness this bug has been lingering for a while, I’m shocked it wasn’t addressed
Myself & a few others have picked up on this a while ago & have been reporting it. I remember someone saying that he's had no issues with Praetorian Fiddlesticks laugh, but I don't have that skin so I can't check to see if that might have anything to do with this bug.
Hopefully they'll have this bug resolved soon.
