When doing /laugh, CTRL+4 in game does not make fiddlesticks laugh. It initiates the animation for the laugh but the audio for it is missing. Can reproduce this bug by pressing CTRL+4 or /laugh in game. Bug is constant. Has been broken for the past 2 months or so.
EDIT: Still not fixed into recent patch 9.1. Please fix this bug soon Riot.

Agent Corgi2 votesMyself & a few others have picked up on this a while ago & have been reporting it. I remember someone saying that he's had no issues with Praetorian Fiddlesticks laugh, but I don't have that skin so I can't check to see if that might have anything to do with this bug.
Hopefully they'll have this bug resolved soon.

Can confirm that the Praetorian Fiddlesticks laugh works but the laugh is different.
