Chromas not working

So sometimes when i'm in a blind pick and i want to pick smth like Caitlyn or DS Vayne sometimes the chromas box dosent appear , but in ranked or custom games i have them , any idea ?

Please, someone respond to this post with enlightening information. I also have the same issue.
