Can't connect to a game

Every time I attempt to connect to a game out of champ select I disconnect between three and 10 times before I can eventually connect. Once connected my connection is stable at 60-65 and I never dc. It is super frustrating to have to repeatedly manually reconnect, often taking so long that I am put at a disadvantage. I have tried reinstalling the game and troubleshooting in the client but to no avail.
