[Gameplay] ekko able to proc his e stun when in Stasis

I am not sure how this hasn't been a thing yet that has broken the game but ekko is able stun other champions when in Stasis mode with his e. To explain it more, you cast ekko's e stand where it will be activates zonya's before it his the ground and any one in the ring is automatically stun right when it lands because ekko "is on the circle". I've seen it in normal matches outside the pbe and its pretty annoying since ekko gets a free area stun.
