[GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT] Not getting boxes anymore

Hello, I have a problem with chests, i didn't get chest in over a six months, only key fragments. As you can see on the screen shots I met all the requirements for chest , my premade get S+ and i have 4 available chests , but i still didn't get any...and this is just one case, i had more opportunities to get chest and didn't get a single chest in a months ....
