World missions not getting completed

Completing the mission : Win a game where you bought morellonomicon (Or whatever it's called, im new to league) Just doesent get completed. Ive played multiple games as Ahri and bought Morellonomicon and won, and it just doesent count. stays 0/1. Do i have to do all 3 of the item quests for it to count? Thanks.
