Heimerdinger's mini turret shoots out of range [GAMEPLAY]

I'm not exactly sure how it happened so I don't know how to remake the glitch, but the turret (not the ultimate turret) was shooting outside its range and it could go from our first turret in Howling Abyss to the other team's inhibitor... I took a super bad quality video because I just whipped out my phone but hopefully you can see the little white laser shooting out of its range. I placed that turret before I died instantly and it was aiming for someone if that maybe the reason. XD If this isn't a glitch and it's one of his upgrades or whatever, sorry for wasting your time >.<
