Dragon bug

Today when I played Shaco jungle: We had 4 dragon buffs on our team. I was dead. Our team killed the 5th dragon and I still ended up having 4 dragon buffs while the rest of the team had 5. Is this intentional or a bug, because if it was a feature then I was unware of it.

I'm pretty sure this is intended. Since you don't get the baron buff if you are dead when your team kills baron, I can only imagine the same would be true of the 5th dragon buff. Likewise, I'm pretty sure that if you die while you have the 5th dragon buff, then you will lose it like you do with baron buff.
