[Client] Can't join Ranked

I just hit level 30 and bought my 16th champion and I was ready to get into ranked when it tells me that I do not own 16 champs. I have provided screen shots.

Because that Kassadin has been disabled so the client doesn't regard it as your owned champ. This bug is really ridiculous and stupid so that u have to buy one more champ. I just met the same problem yesterday so I purchased one more champ and win my first ranked match. gl

I could be wrong but I believe you have to own MORE than 16 champions...meaning you may have to own 17

Did you log off and back on again first? Or maybe wait a little while (possibly after the above?)

According to my client, Xerath Xerath is the only champ that is disabled right now.
