Missing files in games files ?

So when i want to launch the game, i see these windows and I don't know what to do ... I install the game with the .exe official and files misses ... Why ? The file missing is called "vx_get_event_type_string" and it should be on C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\league_client\releases\0.0.0.170\deploy\Plugins\rcp-be-voice-chat\rcp-voice-chat.dll.

So i wait an answer ... And by the way, I made a request at September and that didn't work
