[Client] Client gets stuck at ban during unranked draft pick

Two games in a row when attempting to enter an unranked draft pick, the screen momentarily goes blank before entering ban-phase and says "connecting" in the bottom left. During this phase players cannot declare intent for a champion, nor ban champions. The timer gets stuck at 0 seconds. Players are able to leave the lobby without the game disbanding. Other players say they have the same issue, meaning it's not a local client issue
