[Gameplay] Gangplank Oranges cancelling suppression but not damage from Malzahar

When Gangplank is ulted by Malzahar, everything starts normal. But then, he eats an orange. The suppression from nether grasp stops, but the ray and damage keep going.

  1. Get Gangplank and Malzahar together
  2. Make sure both Gangplank's W is up and Malzahar's R
  3. Have Malzahar nether grasp on Gangplank
  4. Eat Oranges cancelling suppression.
  5. Have plank walk around not outside the range of nether grasp
  6. fix the bug

I played against my brother, we both had intermediate bots on our team, and this happened to me 4+ times against his enemy bot.

This is consistent with how it's been in previous seasons.

Yeah its meant to remove cc not dmg m8

Not a bug to fix. Damage isn't CC. The range Malz has after his ult starts is pretty large as well.

What should be changed is GP's Remove Scurvy ability should be changed to being a Cleanse Effect instead of removing all CC. It makes no sense for a basic ability to be able to break suppression, since the champion and abilities are supposed to be suppressed and unusable.
