complaint about leavebuster and report a bug

at the last game that i played. the game has crushed becuz of a bug that did not fix yet .it was about an unknown directx error has occurred . my team did not accept remake when i was trying to connect, becuz of that error .when i reconnected there was an afk warning and i got leavebuster 5 20 min.. anyway i think i dont deserve it so riot if u care!!! fix this becuz its like 100min waiting!! for a mistake that was not my fualt i have screenshot from this massages by the way and last time i got buster was 1 year ago

and i think there was a massage that said u guys will fix this problem but after the massage gone still that error is on and did not fix
