Game Freeze at random points in game

for multiple days now my game has frozen still and mouse would begin to jump up and down. my only solution has been to reinstall all of league of legends after every two games to avoid this issue otherwise on the third game onward it will continue to happen at least once a game at max three. this has been absolutely frustrating as hell in my ranked games cause prior to the re-installation I didnt know what in the world I could possibly do. Please hotfix this or something cause its actually so frustrating to have to wait to redownload the entire game since full repair and everything doesn't work

I'm having this same issue its been happening only since the latest patch. The first time it happened to me it said an older version was installed. I hope riot finds a solution to this because it is frustrating have to force the client to close; especially since the mouse jumps around.

Ya I'm grateful to the solution of reinstalling for me at least since I am trying to finish off the season in diamond but losing multiple games over that is very painful personally Hope they fix it for the both of us and others having an issue
