[BUG] Howling Abyss Cassio Bot

Hey everyone,

I just tried playing 2 games of howling abyss with bots in a custom game. Boths time I've added bot Cassiopeia, and both times she did not buy any item except Doran's ring.

What is funny is somehow she always was top damages for her team and a decent score.. balanced I guess ? :)
