Champion pick clicking issue

Champion pick started (normal game, no bans)-> the "Do you want to save the changes to your runes" came, even tho i didnt change them at all -> I pressed no -> the rune change window closed and i was able to see the others chatting, but i couldn't click on anything (most likely couldn't chat either, wasn't in chat window tho so I can't say for sure). No idea how reproducable this is, since i don't want to get done in for leaving champion picks so I just switched to another game for now...
