Mac Patcher Download Problem

Hello,

I got a major problem. Every time my patcher goes to 79 - 80 procent. (277mb) It stops and gets 0kbps. I checked my download speed and everything seems ok. (it's not my internet) I tried rebooting 20 times and let it run for several hours. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

Already submitted a ticket but ain't getting an answer (it's been 39 hours)

I'm downloading the game for the first time on my new mac. (maybe it's important)
