I can't join the game I'm in

After champ select, it never brings me to the champ loading screen, and on the attempt of relogging it just says the game is still in progress and I can't load in. No matter what I tried it still wouldn't let me go back in game.

EDIT: Update, second game, just stuck on recconect. Guess I cant play league today, nifty.
