Can't reconnect after blue screen

Sadly i got a blue screen during a ranked match. (I never get blue screen). PC restarted in 20 seconds (thx ssd). I opened up LoL and its prompting me to reconnect. I hit it and nothing happens. It says "Game still in progress..." for half a second and the reconnect button shows up again. I repeatedly click it and nothing happens. I opened up my task tray and only the client is running, there is no game running in the background that could be bugging, The game simply wont launch. I didnt miss more than 30 seconds of the match and now its been 5+ min and i still cant play/reconnect. I restarted the client 3 times already and nothing. Will i still get banned?
