[GAMEPLAY] Hydras AoE passive Dmg doesn´t affect minions, when having 2 stacks of Ekko passive

If you buy Hydra on Ekko (which nobody but me ever considers), there will be a buggy issue with it: Let´s say you q the minions in the backline. they get two stacks of Ekko´s passive. If you then attack the minions, the Hydra aoe dmg wont effect the other minions, even though they are close enough to take the dmg. So you damage the minion you hit as always, but the Hydra AOE Dmg is not applied to the other minions close by, as long as the one you hit has two stacks of the ekko passive. thats not quite right i think. It seems to only happen, when u hit a ranged minion. it occurs often but i dont know if it happens every single time

I send a replay of a bot game with this post. The effect should be observable since minute 10 at latest. Okay, never mind, the replay didn´t work... I try to edit one later...
