Glitched Account

My account (Drakey13) has been glitched for quite a while now and at first it was tolerable it has seemingly worsened over time and now it is an unacceptable disadvantage for me and my team mates. The glitch a sensually causes me to randomly not be able to click in any way (Single target spells, movement, clicking other players and ect.) Just so you know my mouse is not the the issue which is what I originally hypothesized. I know it is the account itself due to my alternative account (TheKawaiiNeko666) being perfectly fine in games. If anyone sees this who has experienced this issue and fixed it or knows what the problem may be please add me on either of the accounts or both and message me. I nearly forgotten to say this but if you are staff member or can contact one please share this with them as soon as possible; I have spent around 100 USD in total on the game and over a year of my life, thank you for read this. (I'm 14 so forgive me if the paragraph isn't perfect I aspire to be a writer but I am not of the greatest)
