So , today my friend played veigar and he managed to get two rabadon's deathcap . The problem is that unique passive worked for both items

I just tested it myself and I can say that they do not stack.

If you're talking about both of them showing the ap you're getting, that's normal. But the second one doesn't actually give you a 35% bonus.
