[CLIENT] Highlight Audio Bug

1. Most of my most recent Highlights have been audio corrupted by a very high pitched screeching sound. Each clip has a slightly different sounding pitch but they are all loud and unbearable. As the video length increases, so does the decibel level of the pitch. Videos that are 2-5 seconds long have little to no weird noise and videos that are 10 seconds or longer have eardrum shattering capabilities.

2. Any method I've used to record with the client results in the same high pitched audio.

• Download a match from your match history: ARAM or Summoner's Rift
• Record a clip using either CTRL+V or by clicking the record button.
• Go to Highlights page and watch the clip.
• Alternately, open the webm. in your highlights folder and watch the clip via Google or whatever webm. software you have.

3. As of recent, every single highlight I record is resulting the same way.
