{in game} ui bug

yesterday after waiting 7 min in queue that is how the ui looks like https://imgur.com/0xjrC4i https://imgur.com/SuiexgY https://imgur.com/AKOd1mn something is wrong with game loading also in one game of the last patch the map didnt load at all https://imgur.com/9br18iW and when i use an ability for the first time in game it cause lag the same thing for enemy/allies abilities and things like ghost poro i think that is caused by not loading their assets correctly .
