Am I the Only one getting this weird bug

Where you can't open the loading screen, instead you get a riot logo and a black screen behind it ? I was finally somehow winning a game which usually doesnt happen, obviously becouse it's me My game crashed, i tried to reconnect but nope, After 5 restarts i still had it, and obviously it went away after the game was already over. Feels like anything will happen just to make me not win a single game.
