to their system, you left the game. it doesn't see a difference between someone who left of their own accord, or someone who got dc/ed.

outside of playing through the leaver busters and trying to make sure it doesn't happen again, there is little they can do

Your internet going down activated leaverbuster. If it put you into Low Priority Que (LPQ) as well then that is your fault. If it didn't put you into LPQ then don't worry about it because as long as you are not leaving frequently it will do nothing but make you click an acknowledgement.
