[Gameplay] Critical hit without crit chance

Had a player in one of my games that has a statistic showing "Highest Crit" of 625. The player does not have any "+crit chance" runes, masteries or items. Champion in question is the Karthus , match statistics linked.

This isn't a bug, there was a change to certain abilities that deal bonus damage under certain circumstances. The damage indicator has a crit icon, and is considered a critical hit. Karthus' Lay Waste deals double damage to isolated targets, so it has the crit icon to indicate this. Other examples include Gragas' Barrel Roll when charged or Anivia's Frostbite when chilled.
