was just playing a game as kalista and it appears that her Attackspeed if she gets slowed by say malphite drops by the percentage of the slow

It doesn't it should for how bs she can hop negating the effectiveness of slows but it should.
that's intended, its been like that for awhile.
Malphite also has an AS slow...
