[GAMEPLAY] Vladimir's Sanguine Pool (W) can't dodge Annie's stun?

I've been playing Vladimir alot lately and I was using W to dodge skills. Until my last game where I faced a Annie and:

  • She charges all stacks until she gets the red indicator
  • As far as I know, the next skill she uses (excluding E) will stun
  • She uses Q on me. I can clearly see the skill animation. Fireball incoming. I hit W
  • I dodge the skill, Annie's Q is on cooldown, but Annie doesn't lose the stack...
  • Annie's next skill stuns (- i get stomped by a bear)

is this supposed to be like this?

Same happens with Yasuo W. The stack doesn't disappear if she doesn't stun

it's normal. Same happens with Lee's ult. He kicks you but if you are fast enaugh you dodge it. Then he kicks you again. Or Darius,garen ultis.

Because the spell never landed, the passive was never consumed. It is working as intended.
