I assuming you got the s- after you purchased her. You cant get chests if yiu dont own the champ. That leaves 2 possible things.

1 Do you have any available chests on your profile page.

2 Are you currently or recently under behavorial punishments. You cant get loot till riot thinks your reformed.

If 1 is yes and 2 is no open up a support ticket.

i have 4 available chests. i own fiora when i got the S- also i was under behavorial punishments cuz i couldnt load into the game and was count as afk. 1 more question. even if im unable to get chests. y did i get a key fragment after that game? before that i have not receive any chest since Feb. i was not under behavorial punishments in March or April. And why does it say N/A instead of S- for my season highest grade? http://prntscr.com/f6st9s shouldnt it still say S- ?

As for behavorial punishments im pretty sure leaver buster doesnt affect your chest earning capabilities but i would need a blue or reds confirmation. Behavorial punishments are mostly for cheating, flaming or int feeding.

Also the season highest mastery is a known bug. I have it on leona and multiple other people have reported it.

Honestly your best bet is filing a support ticket and seeing what they say.
