I assuming you got the s- after you purchased her. You cant get chests if yiu dont own the champ. That leaves 2 possible things.
1 Do you have any available chests on your profile page.
2 Are you currently or recently under behavorial punishments. You cant get loot till riot thinks your reformed.
If 1 is yes and 2 is no open up a support ticket.
