Lulu bugs

When I use Lulu's E and W on my teammate, my Q sometimes doesn't cast, but puts the spell on cool down. Also, when my ADC was AA someone and i was running because of low HP, it kept turning me toward the person the ADC was attacking. Was using star guardian skin if that has anything to do with it
