Patch 7.12 - FPS drop
After the patch I play with less fps than usual. Am I the only one?

Was stuck at 60 after 7.1 now dropping to 20-30 in team fights since 7.12
Guys, you need to address this. I am on a brand new macbook pro and used to get 122 fps pre - 7.1
What happened???
Mac user. Patch 7.8 all fine 80 fps always. Patch 7.9 fps drop to 60, and 40 teamfights. Path 7.10-7.12 now constant fps 35 ... team fights 10 .. Why ? When it is fixed ? Isnt that the big issue for riot to check ?
Before, if I turn on maximum setting, i can get 700 fps (i use gtx 1080 msi gaming). I don't know why my fps right now is stable with 60ms and it drops in team fight.

I'm having the same issue. My computer has never had an issue with the game. Pings are fine, but after this patch I've been lagging way too hard. It's unplayable.
iam waiting RIOT to actually care about something important because atm i cant play this game ....

Ive got the same problem. My PC is good and i had no issues yesterday. Now it drops to 10 fps, doesent matter on wich perfomancesettings
I have the same problem. My ms is good, but in some (important) times FPS drops. The game turns to a picture. [zombie-brand-clap] And after game's end, i have to wait 3-4 min for client (to load the results).
Im having some problems when i go ingame, my fps and ms are normal but after a few min its spikes up like hell for no reason, and in that moment i have no idea whats going on, my champ tends to slide to the place i tell it to go or when i press a certain spell it does not register it at all and i just end up dying, and the funniest of all my ping is showing as normal but its not, i have the fastest internet conn and a rly good laptop, before the new patch update all seemed good but now i have no idea how to fix this, i tried everything . :/
Same here ... i can't even play 1 game because of this fps drop . when i start the game everything is fine (fps 70-100) after 2 min it drop to 20-15 wtf ?

I played yesterday and it was fine. I played today and can't get above 40 fps. I'm usually always around 70-80 fps. I'm on patch 7.12 and repaired my client as well. I'm just now defragging my pc and seeing if that helps but I shouldn't have to considering league barely takes any requirements to run. If this doesn't work then it's definitely this horrible client. Riot please fix this.
omg i got the same problem. before the patch everything was fine. now when i play i play around 100 fps but it drops to 13 fps like every min or 30 secs. then it's normal for a while and then it drops again. i even tweaked my pc, cleaned it up, closed everything else and reinstalled league. nothing worked. please fix this rito.
Got the same problem, 3 days ago i played nice with stable average 60fps and now i cant even stable at 15! fps... my mac is not so new but lol was pretty playable till 2 days ago now i cant play decent. im pretty sure this must be with those missions crap, hope riot make an new update like times ago to fix this things... Dont ignore us riot
Have same problem,my fps was 60 but now its 15-25 in teamfights 
lol just relize im not only one tho, also i just did some research, this fps huge decrease already start on 7.1, and still riot don't fix it, so i acually did some fix,
- i did reinstall the game, normal fps was 120-170, before reinstalled - 20-30, now 60 forever, no matter which setting, even cap to 30, 2, i did all my graphic card update 3, i custome the battery to all high performance
- clean up everything on the harddrive none of these works also initial repair is useless, and maybe riot never care im not quite sure it window 10 system update crashes with lol graph setting or some else stuff or just a patch which really 'increase the quality of the game effect', and decrease the fps. my computer is graphic card:gt940 i7-6500u 12g ram 1tb harddrive also by the way when i play csgo or overwatch, none of those game having the fps drop after i did window 10 update, so maybe just lol patch update kill every having fun in the game
Same here :( I can play like allways.. ultra Settings Cap fps 0n 60 Ms beetween 30-40 and then out of nowhere i got a few sec Frozenscreen and this repeats all few Minutes Without Cap my Fps are like 120-140 just since Patch i got those fucking Lags ...
fps was bad before 7.12 now its even worse. I float around 100 fps and my fps dips drastically in team fights. This Seems like a pretty wide spread problem just wondering if there is an official statement about this from riot?
Same issue, I get 120 - 150 FPS as a norm, and randomly it'll drop to 10 for 20 seconds at a time and then go back up.
I've followed the FPS fix tips provided on the support page and none have done anything short of give me a couple more FPS both at its highs and lows, the FPS dips are still there.
EDIT: and I only started getting this sh*t after the 7.1 patch, just like everyone else that's getting it.
I have been trying to fix my fps for 2 days.. glad to see the problem is not on my end [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I've been experiencing unusual frame drops lately too, seems only recent when I normally get consistent 80 FPS.
my fps is literally at 08-20 im usually at 100+ I can't play this game right now gotta wait until they fix that problem literally cant do anything in game,frame just drop too much during team fights.
Guys try to turn on the V-sync this help for me! 70 fps but the game so smooth.
Happy to see I'm not the only one experiencing FPS drop. Before this patch I always played with constant 60 FPS ( because I capped it to this value, otherwise it could be higher), but now i always have between 5-40 FPS with the lowest number always being on teamfights. Riot really needs to adress this as it iskilling the game for me, and I just want to enjoy it with my friends.
i have the same problem earlyear i had like 25 to 60 fps now i have like 6-15 on a normal game on summoners rift
I have ages with an issue with the fps, idk if it is the game or my computer tbh, at random my fps goes to 0, usually happens when I'm in the middle of something (lanning, TF).
My setup is 16GB Ram i7-4790 3.60GHz Gforce GTx 750 Ti
I get around 350 to 430 fps, never drops outside of the random issue...

Man it started at 7.1 or 7.2 and in 7.7 game is just unplayable for me. I have old laptop but before 7.1 Lol had 120-90 FPS constant. After few patches it was 80-60 and after 7.7 it was 80 at the beggining of match, after 10-15 mins it was 60-30 with random drops to 12-5FPS. I played once today after 2 or 3 months but the issue is the same all the time. And I did everything (including reinstalling system) to fix this. Sadly it's Riot messed up something.
Cmon Riot are u kidding me? I can't play this game anymore ... After this patch my fps drop to 40... Pls fix that.

I have the same problem. My FPS never dropped below 120, not even in teamfigths. Now I get like 10 if we fight around the Nexus for example. I constantly lag, have a lower FPS on bot lane. I do not have any problem with other games, only with LoL. It started like 3-4 patches ago, I updated my VGA driver and it helped, now it is back again (Asus GTX 660 Ti). Please suggest.
Having the same issue. Roughly 120 fps, around 85 fps while streaming, and now I'm down to 34 on average in lane while streaming - 25 or so in team fights. Brutal while playing an ADC.
Tried dropping settings from high to low - Same exact fps, no changes.
This FPS after 7.12 update is brutal... Went from 130+ always down to lowest of 2 during team fight. cant even see whats happening. Why has LOL posted nothing here at all?
My fps is usually above 100 but after this most recent patch, i'm lucky to be above 40. Makes it really hard to play, especially when it drops to around 20 during teamfights.
My fps used to be 60 normally but now it even goes down to 2 and im lucky to have it on 40!
Same with me patch 7.11 had 200 fps+ now if i reach 70 fps its good...
Use to reach around 100 FPS+ now only around 40 fps.

same here, when game starts my fps is normal around 120-140, but after 2 mins when minions go to the lane my fps is 30-35 totaly unplayable ?
