Terrible Client Bug - I want to talk to someone at Riot about this.
I get into a ranked game, I am in promos, and in champ select, the client just is not having it. It constantly denies me the ability to modify my masteries or choose a rune page. Constantly saying that it is having connection issues. This is fine, if it stopped eventually. I had the option to leave, but I wanted to see if it would fix itself so I didn't take a loss in promos. As the game is about to start, my jungler picks Ivern and I am almost positive he locked him. At this point, the client sounds like its in slow motion or something, just not normal at all. I finally get into loading screen (and to clear up any connection issues, my ping from the loading screen on did NOT move from 26-27 ping) and now my jungler is Ashe. Also, my ADC doesn't load in so I figure we remake and start over. Unbeknownst to me, you guys (RIOT) changed the remake system AGAIN. Now there is only 30 seconds to remake and you have to start the remake vote in that time frame with a little notifier in the chat box? Maybe for future references this won't be an issue, but I completely disagree with this method. At 3 minutes, have the game start a remake vote, so the team doesn't have to worry about the lane they're playing along with the EXTREMELY STRICT TIME LIMIT.
Sorry for sounding so angry, I mean, they're only Silver promos, but I enjoy this game and was excited to start my climb to gold. All I ask is that you guys take this loss of my record so I actually have promos again. Also, this needs to be fixed, the enemy team was having issues, and many said a lot of other players were having similar issues (outside of the game we were in).
I really want someone at Riot to clarify what they can do, because I do not think this should count against me whatsoever.
Please respond Riot, this is insane.
