[CLIENT] or [GAMEPLAY] I think. Can't upgrade team icon

So I bought a C9 icon and had 26 championship jewels. I got to upgrade the icon to tier 2, but after that the option to upgrade to tier 3 did not appear. I have the Jewels for it, but the option doesn't appear. I think that's all. I don't know how to replicate the bug as I have no desire to buy another icon and waste jewels on it. I feel like there should be more writing but I think that's it.

PS This may not even be the right place or forum to put this, but I'd really like the tier 3 icon and back animation so thanks in advance.
