In gameplay, Thresh and Blitzcrank hook issue

Recently, in a game as thresh, I landed a hook on a blitzcrank at the same time blitzcrank landed his hook on me which caused the screen to shake rapidly for a moment. This wasn't awful but certainly disorientated me; might be worth fixing.
