Game crashes after getting into loading screen [CRASH/CLIENT]

This started happening about 2 weeks ago, but whenever I enter a league game, normally during the loading screen, I get a bug splat saying there was a problem but it doesn't specify what went wrong. It then has my league of legends go through a repair that takes like 3-4 min, and by the time I try to get back into the game, my team has remaked. Every single time I get lower priority queue, and this happens once every 2-3 games. Any suggestions? I originally thought it was something on my computer, but after I wiped my hard drive, the same problem happens. I also have tried hextech repair tool but to no effect either. Thanks for any help!
