[BUG] Logging Onto Chat Service [CLIENT] 5.20

http://i.imgur.com/LX6KxRY.png Since 5.20 when log in and get to the main client menu it says [ Logging onto chat service ] It says i have no friends and nothing happens when i click the friends tab. http://imgur.com/mzP7REa During Pregame lobbies i am unable to talk at all but once i get in game i can. This is frustrating because i cant, call my role pregame, be invited to games or play with any friends.

This has only started happening since 5.20 and was working fine during 5.19. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling league, turning off windows firewall, changing the date on my computer and running as administrator. PLEASE HELP ME
