Whenever Fiddlesticks uses his fear on a Yi with his ult on Yi is instead of moving slowly away from Fiddle moves at full speed away from him, it's pretty annoying when it makes you lose :/

I don't think this a bug; it's a Yi counter. Watch out for it.
Fear doesn't slow champions, so no this isn't a bug. It's funnier on rammus XD

That is not a bug. Just a really funny interaction
not a bug. Yi's ult makes him unable to be slowed by anything, so fear will just keep him from running TOWARD you, rather than have him run away while slowed.
